Saptha Ventures began in conventional real estate, delivering six RERA-approved plotted developments across Karnataka and the Karnataka–Andhra Pradesh border over more than a decade.
Recognising the growing desire for nature-inspired living, we expanded into managed farmland in the Western Ghats, surrounded by thriving coffee and cardamom plantations.
Today, we manage over 1,000 acres, taking care of land surveying, documentation, fencing, plantation development, and ongoing maintenance — so you can own farmland without the everyday responsibilities of managing it.
